The site will walk you through the support raising process and allows you to do
everything online in a database they can save, update, design and mail merge
letters, and keep track of support and thank yous!

Question: What do I do if I receive checks made payable to me?
The donor will need to rewrite the check to Campus Crusade for Christ if they desire a tax-deductible receipt. If you cannot obtain a new check, call the donor to ask if you may change the “Pay to” line. After permission is granted you will need to put a line through your name, write in CCC and initial the change. Attach a note with your signature to the check stating that you obtained permission from the donor to change the “Pay to” line. Checks that are processed in this manner will receive a tax deductible receipt from CCC.If you cannot get a new check or gain permission to change the “Pay to” information, then you should endorse the back of the check, make it payable to CCCI and the check will be processed as an anonymous donation, the donor will not receive a receipt.

Question: What is the Investment Record for?
Use this form to list donors who have given cash (and are requesting a tax-deductible receipt) or who do not have name and address information printed on their check.
Question: Should I send cash in with the Investment Record?
No, do not send cash through the mail. List all cash sponsors with their complete addresses. Replace the total cash amount with a single personal check made payable to Campus Crusade for Christ. List the number of the check which replaces their cash under “Check #” on the Investment Record and the amount of each individual cash investment (not the total amount of the check) under “Amount” for each donor.
