Juneau, Alaska is one of the most amazing locations on the planet. In the incredible setting where the mountains meet the ocean and rivers are fed by glaciers, 50-55 students and staff from the lower 48 will come together to form the Juneau Men's Project-Delta Project.

Juneau is home to resident population of 30,000, but each summer the community is visited by over one million tourists who come to port on cruise boats. There's a reason why people visit southeast Alaska. Juneau is absolutely amazing. For most, visiting southeast Alaska is a destination. For us, Alaska is a journey.

This summer friendships that will last a lifetime will be formed. Men will come to Alaska and be changed to walk with God for a lifetime, and eternity will be impacted as result. Some will take radically different directions with their lives as a result of the summer. Students on the Delta Project will not only learn how effectively share their faith and launch movements, they will experience first-hand the joy of seeing lives changed around them.

The 45 male students and staff on the Delta Project will live together on the University of Alaska-Southeast campus. Surrounding our Project will be the Juneau Project----an outreach to high school and college students in Juneau lead by five amazing women on our staff. Together they will live out the mission and adventure of being equipped to be Missional Christ-centered laborers.

The Juneau Project and Delta Project will reach out in the community to share their faith and launch movements that will continue seeing lives changed long after the summer ends. At least one weekend on the Juneau Men's Project will be spent serving in a Native American community.

While growing deep in their relationship with God, students will experience authentic relationships with each other. Students will learn to effectively step into the lives of others to share their faith. Men will learn to never again walk alone. In addition, opportunities abound to summit mountains, catch King Salmon, and pull crab pots.

The students on the Juneau Men's Project - Delta Project will have the experience of a lifetime of spending the summer in Alaska. They will they will take back to their campuses practical training and experience to impact the lives of others, lead as men, and launching movements that will transform communities. And the friendships formed this summer will last a life-time.
