Black Pepper

Liquid Smoke

Johnny's Seasoning Salt

Garlic Powder

Tapatio Hot Sauce (or another brand)

Soy Sauce

Cut fish into small strips. Add great quantities of the above ingredients. Dehydrate for 10-12 hours.

Clean dehydrator trays immediately when done.
